I may take trades. (Editpart.
- I'll contact you if I'm interested. It may take a while, as I first look at what offers I get, and I don't want to start everything at once due to my time limit policy.
- Please don't start a trade if we don't have done any kind of agreement. As much as I'd like to see art of my weird characters, and draw something back, I have just as little time as I feel comfortable, and apparently some sort of soon-to-be-busy-for-real -life to handle. I can't trade with everybody. And art trade should be a deal for both sides, I don't want and I won't to do art due to pity. Thanks for understanding.
Style or skill level or your preferred art media don't really matter. If I find your art interesting and you find my art interesting, that's all necessary. This is NOT first come first serve. I keep all rights to accept or not accept trades, and as many as I feel is fine. Also FYI commissions will stay open a few days, after that I'll close them for unspecified time.
This weirdo. Yes, Pride. Either creature or human. And really, if somebody wants draw this old-enough weird dude, you sure have better chances for trade. And I can provide more refs.
Or other sins. (Except ones which are not in the ref yet.)
I seriously need ref for this...
You're welcome to stylize them as you wish. (Thank whatever I managed to grew out that stupid nitpicky attitude.) Refining characters to your own personal style is highly recommended.
I can draw:
Creatures of all kind. I prefer something uncommon, weird, even sureal. Must be your own (or friend's character, whatever) character, I don't draw official characters from official franchises. Fan characters maybe.
It's preferred if there's some persona info in character links or if you tell something about them.
Also, yes, even if I ask kind of human character now, I don't want to draw humans. I'm still a bit uncomfortable with this, I need to work more with my own characters first.I'll rather use some humor now, than static cool poses. So be prepared that I'd rather like, for example, to draw your character sleeping in awkward position than posing on a cliff.
Also I don't mind if I draw more than one character in trade for one of mine. If it makes them interesting than alone, sure.
Any. Sketch, backgroundless colored image, image with partial/full background, ACEO. Portrait, fullbody, half body. Any combination works. Just that the point is that we make same thing. Sketch for a sketch, full art for full art.
I make traditional and paper size is always standard A4 (or ACEO when dealed ACEO trade), unless else said. Your part can be digital, as long as I can get big file of it so I can print it out for myself. My part is traditional anyway.
- You do your part first. And within certain time span
- when we have dealed the trade, I expect you to finish your part in two weeks for smaller things, a month for bigger things, or else trade will be cancelled. Why, you may ask. This is because in the past, I have had too many trades which kind of dried up because my trade partner never made their part.
Please DON'T ask for trade if you think you can't keep this time frame. (Side note: situations do happen, so if something sudden and unavoidable happens, inform me before time's up.) If you don't finish your part in time OR don't inform me about delay, trade is cancelled and I'll remember that.
-> Time for fullbodies and full art pieces: 1 month
-> Time for ACEOs, sketches, and other simple things: 2 weeks
-> Time starts running when deal is done. Whenever you've finished your part, I have exactly same time to finish my part (a month or two weeks) starting from the submitting date of your part. This how it stays fair and trade is not up for two years.
-> How you can be sure I'll do my part in time as well, then? I'll do when I say it. Unless a meteorite hits, my part is done in time and without rushing. I don't have been here over 11 years just to screw up some trade things.
So what you do is comment here and include 1) what character of mine you'd like to draw 2) what character/s of yours you give for me 3) preferred trade type or types 4) Mention that you are aware of my time limit rule 5) ... There's no part 5.
--------------If you could, by any means, be offended if I don't choose to trade with you, don't ask for trade. Just. Don't. Goodbye.
Try again and read it, makes things easier.
Asking about things is fine, thou, I may have brainfarted somewhere and can't see it until someone points it out.
